Conflict-Free Minerals Policy

Conflict Minerals are tantalum, tin, tungsten, gold(3TG), and Cobalt derived from or sourced from mines in conflict areas or high risk regions, or illegally taxed on trade routes, either of which are controlled by non-governmental military groups, or unlawful military factions.

1.We demand our suppliers not to purchase and use conflict minerals from conflict areas in the

   Congo.

2.We demand our suppliers to trace the sources of tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W) and

   gold (Au) from all products, to make sure these metals are not from “Conflict mining areas.”

3.We demand our suppliers to inform us of any use of conflict metals right away, and propose

   plans to abolish their use.

4.We demand our suppliers to convey our demands to their upstream suppliers.
